From a Single Truck to a Trusted Name
Cowboys Plumbing was founded in 2016 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma with one simple goal: to provide honest plumbing services rooted in hard work, family values, and integrity. What started as a single-truck operation has grown into a multi-division company serving homeowners, businesses, and tribal communities across Oklahoma.
Woman-Owned. Native-Majority Owned. Family-Led.
Today, Cowboys Plumbing is proud to be both majority woman-owned and majority Native-owned.
- CallyAmber (Cally.) Powell serves as majority owner. With Chickasaw roots, her leadership is guided by her heritage and her vision to give back to Native communities through opportunity, service, and partnership.
- Alongside her husband, Josh Powell, they’ve built Cowboys Plumbing into more than just a service company. Together, they’ve created a brand that blends cowboy grit with Native pride — a company determined to serve families with honesty and strength while creating opportunities for future generations.

Tecumseh / Legacy Division – Our original branch, serving Tecumseh, Shawnee, Seminole, and surrounding areas since 2016.
Oklahoma City Division – Our flagship branch, serving the metro with reliable plumbing and customer-first service.
Tribal Division – Dedicated to partnering with Native Nations, supporting economic growth, and strengthening tribal communities.
New Construction Division – Focused on plumbing for custom homes, contractors, and developers.
Cowboys H2O – Delivering clean, safe water with Hague water treatment systems and free in-home water testing.
